2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 813 of 2022, lodged under Sections 304-B of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The deceased has been killed by the accused persons due to non-fulfillment of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2022 having clean antecedent. The name of the petitioner has figured in this case due to grudge, malice and dirty revenge politics.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. From the report of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, it appears that the case is still fixed for receipt of the police paper.

7. Considering the period of custody and delay in the trial, this bail application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 813 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
