Two other similarly situated accused persons, like, Chhote Sah and Gaudi Devi, who happen to be the brother and mother of the husband respectively, have been admitted to bail by two Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos.48602/2013 & 41200/2014. Petitioner No.1, Shankar Sah, is the father of the husband and petitioner No.2, Dinesh Sah, is his brother. Let the petitioners, Shankar Sah and Dinesh Sah, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds each of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 84 of 2013.
