JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S.Case No. 175 of 2018 registered under Sections 376, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape on the informant and apart from that, he is accused in six other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact there is dispute in between the husband of the informant and the petitioner with respect to fishing and due to that he has been implicated in this case falsely and also there is delay in lodging of FIR and the same has not been considered properly by the court below.

Heard learned APP also who has opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78010 of 2018(2) dt.04-01-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and keeping in view the nature of allegation as well as criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
