JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2021 The present petition has been filed for restoring a petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 80292 of 2019, which had stood dismissed on account of non- compliance of the peremptory order dated 06.12.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the defects could not be removed, however, the same shall be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid Cr. Misc. No. 80292 of 2019 to its original file, subject to the petitioner removing defects within a period of four weeks from today. The present petition stands allowed on the aforesaid

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defect in question has already been removed. The registry to verify and proceed further.
