JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 400 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354 (C), 448, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations under the POCSO Act as well as Section 354(C) against the petitioner and the statement of the victim where the name of the petitioner was teasing her, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
