Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 670 C of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the opposite party no. 2 is absconding in Khaira P.S. Case No. 412 of 2020 lodged by the mother of the petitioner in which the father of the petitioner was murdered by

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 670C of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
