JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happens to be full brother of the informant and according to the prosecution case itself, the alleged occurrence took place on account of partition dispute. The informant has sustained altogether three injuries and one injury, which is on the head of the informant, has been found grievous in nature. So far as injury no.2 is concerned, the opinion in respect of information of the doctor has been kept reserved. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that later on, the aforesaid injury was found simple in nature.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13849 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class Kishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Bihariganj P.S.Case No. 152 of 2014.
