The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that when the informant made protest for getting Arhar crops of the informant by buffalos of accused persons, he was assaulted with Lathi, Danda, fists and slaps and abused by calling caste name when the wife and daughter-in-law of the informant came to rescue they were also assaulted. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12395 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2 / 2 petitioners that for petty dispute, accusation has been levelled and injury has been found superficial simple in nature.

The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds of prayer for consideration of regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order in connection with Banka (SC/ST)P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned A.C.J.M. Banka.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
