JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioners is that they had blocked the road and in spite of assurance given by the administration and police personnel they did not lifted the blocked.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and large number of persons have been made accused in this case.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
