The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 982 of 2021 whereby all five petitioners have been granted bail.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that out of five petitioners, two petitioners have no criminal antecedent and therefore their bail bonds were accepted by the learned court below. So far as petitioners namely Rauful Azam @ Raiful Azam, Shariful Azam and Ferakul Azam are concerned, their bail bonds were not accepted because they have criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44793 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 Without going into the merits of the case, I am not inclined to modify the order dated 07.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 982 of 2021 on the ground of suppression of fact. Accordingly, this modification application is dismissed.
