The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that the petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of co-accused, whose motorcycle is said to have been used in committing the alleged crime.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner namedabove, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jamalpur P.S.
