Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one co- accused namely, Suraj Kumar was arrested and confessed his guilt disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the present crime and thereafter, petitioner was arrested in this case on 4.1.2016 and since then he is languishing in jail custody but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that up till now, I.O did not make any arrangement for T.I. Parade of the petitioner. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but in the present case, except confessional statement, there is

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sessions Trial no. 60/2016 arising out of Akorhi gola P.S. Case no. 114/2015.
