JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and co-accused persons of this case, is of being involved in sale and purchase of stolen vehicles.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that save and except confessional statement of the co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. Further submission is that he has no criminal antecedent and other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77809 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below after considering the fact that other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail, shall pass an appropriate order, if possible on same day, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
