2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. At the time of appointment, petitioner furnished all the relevant documents and after verification of those documents by the competent authority,

Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from service on 20.01.2023 vide letter no. 25 dated 28.07.2023 of Panchayat Secretary-cum-Member, Secretary Panchayat Selection Committee, Sher, Gopalganj. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 05 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
