In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.295 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecutor story, the informant has made an allegation that her husband has gone for earning livelihood in Nepal, but his dead body was found flooring in the pond. The informant has shown suspicion towards the accused persons, claiming that they have killed her husband on account of old enmity.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Ramashankar Mahto be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.295 of 2015.
