25.03.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The present application seeks modification of the order dated 04.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46483 of 2014, by which the Court had granted bail fixing one of the conditions that the father of the petitioner shall be a bailor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, this fact was not disclosed in the original application due to which such condition was imposed. Learned A.P.P. does not oppose the prayer.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 04.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46483 of 2014 stands modified to the extent that one of the conditions for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7586 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 release of petitioner being father should be a bailor is modified to the extent that one of the bailors shall be the brother of the petitioner. The other terms and conditions of the order dated 04.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46483 of 2014 shall remain unchanged.

The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
