In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No.87 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 287, 326 & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that while the brother of the informant was cutting straw in the machine, the petitioner pushed him, and on that account both the hands of the brother of the informant were chopped up.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the hands of the brother of the informant were trapped in the running machine and on that account his hands were chopped
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43386 of 2016 (3) dt.17-10-2016 2/2 up. He further submits that the petitioner is 72 years of old. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Baliram Mallah, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No.87 of 2016.
