2. Pursuant of the order of this Court, this case was referred to Patna High Court Mediation Centre where both the parties have settled their dispute and an agreement has been signed by both the parties. Paragraph 3 of the agreement reads as follows:-

3. That Opposite Party No.2 also agreed to withdraw all the cases and she does not want to proceed with all the Civil/Criminal.

After getting this agreement both the parties co-operate to each other to withdraw all the cases fighting against each other pending in the concern Court.

3. In view of the agreement between the parties, this application is allowed. The Complaint Case No. 476© of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39259 of 2023(3) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 2021 and the cognizance order dated 06.10.2021 are hereby quashed against all the accused persons.
