Taking into consideration that it was co-accused Laxman who shot fire on the deceased and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was sitting in a four wheeler at the time of alleged occurrence, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case no. 19/2015.
