2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Trial No. 416 of 2020 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1256 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 379, 498(A) of the IPC and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.
4. Vide order dated 30.07.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been compromised between the husband and the wife. According to the terms and conditions of compromise, the couple decided to take a decree of divorce on the basis of mutual consent under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. It has further been submitted that the couple has already filed the application under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Trial No. 416 of 2020 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1256 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
