On getting confidential information, petitioner along with Maqsud Alam as well as Guddu @ Mama who were on motorcycle, were singled to stop but as they did not stop, raised suspicion and on account thereof, were intercepted and during course thereof, Guddu @ Mama succeeded in getting a slip while Maqsud along with petitioner were apprehended. On physical search, from the possession of petitioner one mobile set was seized while from the possession of Maqsud Alam, one mobile set was seized. Then thereafter, a bag possessed by Maqsud Alam was opened wherefrom three pistols, magazines along with other items in terms of seizure list were seized. It is apparent from the case diary that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as well as is in custody since 07.10.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50844 of 2014 (4) dt.06-04-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Haider Ali @ Bittu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Udvantnagar P.S. Case No.356 of 2014.
