JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are accused in a case under section 304(B), 201/34 of the Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 Ranjan Chaudhary is brother of the husband of the deceased and petitioner no.2 Bipati Devi is mother of the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The allegations against the petitioners are vague in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners Ranjan Choudhary and Bipati Devi are directed to be released on bail, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.21 of 2014 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5.000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad.
