The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020 dated 10.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation in the FIR is of having made attempts at encroaching the purchased land of the informant. There are other allegations also which according to the learned counsel for the petitioner has been added in the FIR to give a serious colour to the case.
Considering the nature of accusation and the

No.32535 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2021 2/2 dispute regarding the ownership of the land in question, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
While saying so, this Court has taken note of the fact that the petitioner does not have criminal antecedent.
