Case No.331 of 2014. They were alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Section 392 of I.P.C. on 16.7.2014 on the National Highway. They filed B.P. No.16 of 2014 and B.P. No.155 of 2014, in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43256 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/3 of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Araria and 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Araria, which were rejected through orders dated 22.9.2014 and 7.11.2014 respectively. Hence, these petitions for bail before this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Prima facie, this Court finds that though offence punishable under Section-392 of I.P.C. is alleged against the petitioners, it was not even mentioned that any injury was received by the complainant. The basis for arresting the petitioners is said to be some steps in the investigation. The petitioners are in jail for the past six months. This Court is of the view that the petitioners deserve to be granted bail.

The petitioners are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing the bail-bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.331 of 2014, subject to the condition that they shall report to the concerned police station between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on 1st Sunday of every month. If the
