2. State counsel accept notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Service of notice to Respondent No. 6 is dispensed since no adverse order is passed against her.
3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
Patna High Court CWJC No.3569 of 2021 dt.31-01-2022 2/2 "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent concerned for cancellation of selection of Respondent no. 6 namely Hem Priya on the post of Aganwari Sevika in ward no 2 of Gram Panchayat Piyania Block- Udwant Nagar District Bhojpur who has been selected on the basis of forged certificate of Matriculation."
4. Petitioner has already invoked remedy of appeal before the appellate authority in respect of selection and appointment of Respondent No. 6 and non-selection of the petitioner.
5. The appellate authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order after due hearing of the petitioner and 6th Respondent- Hem Priya.
6. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
