2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 406, 420, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that earlier, this petitioner on the pretext of marriage, established physical relation with the informant and brought her to his house and thereafter, parents of the petitioner demanded Rs. 20 lacs to let her stay with the petitioner. It is further alleged that petitioner has also threatened her to make her video viral.

4. It is submitted that petitioner was in love affair with the informant. Both of them solemnised marriage in the year 2018. They were in relationship with each other for quite some time and enjoyed each other's company. The relationship was

It is only when there was some family dispute between the parents of the petitioner and the informant arose, this false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner. Petitioner is still ready to live with the informant and continue with the marriage and he has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 06 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
