JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 10-09-2015 In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to petitioner to file a proper petition before the Circle Officer under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to be as 'the Act'), if he so desires, for removal of alleged encroachment from plot no.2171 which she claims to be a public land. In case such application is filed then let the Circle Officer proceed in accordance with the procedure laid down under the Act and if he is satisfied that there is encroachment upon the public
