Four bail petitions are being heard together and disposed off by common order as four cases arise in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 285 of 2014 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they have kidnapped the daughter of informant namely, Arushi Anand aged about 15 years.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not named in the First Information Report, though, one Md. Istiyak Hassan has kidnapped the daughter of the informant and on his confession, petitioners have been made accused in this case. It is further submitted that victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she left the house out of her own sweet will and went to Muzaffarpur railway station and meet with Md. Istiyak.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 285 of 2014. m.p.
