Victim, Rajvanti Kumari aged about 14 years while attending nature's call was forcibly lifted and taken away by the petitioner. From Annexure-2, statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it is evident that the present occurrence happens to be result of immature condition of the victim influenced by her adolescence . However, petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.08.2014 and on account thereof, considering the totality of the event, the petitioner, Md. Juber is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S.
