1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case no.504 of 2023 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that while he was returning on his motorcycle after having collected a sum of Rs.1,19,847/, which was kept in a bag, the accused persons committed loot and fled away with the amount.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown accused persons. Referring to the order of the learned trial Court, it is submitted that the prosecution case is mainly relying on the confessional statement of this petitioner and co-accused made before police and his criminal antecedents. 5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the allegations in the F.I.R., the material that has transpired in course of investigation as is evident from the order of the learned trial Court, no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession and the petitioner not having been put on T.I. parade inspite of being in custody since 15.1.2024 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case no.504 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
