The petitioner along with two others was caught along with motorcycle, which is said to be stolen property but from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that the police could not succeed to establish that the seized motorcycle was a stolen property.

No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.
