The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act. The informant police officer made allegation that the police proceeded for arresting Binda Awadhia but Bindia Awadhia and others made indiscriminate firing. On chase, Binda Awadhia and Guddu Kumar, the petitioner, were apprehended and from the possession of the petitioner, one live cartridge is said to have been recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for last eight months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12024 of 2015 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, Begusarai in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 317/2014.
