JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 50/19, disclosing offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner and others is of assault to the informant and specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant by means of lathi and snatched Rs. 3000/- from him.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and there is case and counter case between the parties and although, it is alleged that petitioner and others assaulted the informant, however, injury caused to him was found simple in nature.. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
