2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 451 of 2023, F.I.R. dated 25.07.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 324, 325, 326, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to prosecution case, petitioner has assaulted on the head, nose and tooth of the informant due to which he received injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the FIR is false and fabricated and the

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, on the other hand, on the basis of the materials available on the record in the case diary has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he has assaulted to the informant and injury report of the informant suggests that the injury is grievous in nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 451 of 2023 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., IV, Saran at Chapra.

7. Prayer is refused.
