In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner came in this case and some co-accused confessed their guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner and furthermore, the bank account of the petitioner was checked and it was found that within two days, more than Rs 90,000/- was deposited in the account of the petitioner and except the aforesaid circumstance as well as the criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.
