The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.363 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2), 354A, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.11.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.24194 of 2020 and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned court below within four weeks and seek regular bail, but the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned court below and filed this anticipatory bail application again.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33712 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
