The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No.12 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (A)(B)(C) of I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner is submitted that the petitioner working in a reputed firm as a Medical Representative. He further submits that the petitioner is not involved in the alleged crime and the SIM of petitioner has misused by his co-villager. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no chance of absconding of the petitioner and he is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, let the above-named petitioner be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42865 of 2021(6) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No.12 of 2019.
