The petitioners are accused in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014 registered under Sections 447, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that due to land dispute occurrence took place in which petitioner Hanif Mian aged about 67 years is said to cause injury to the informant Bishwanath Mahto and petitioner Mahmood Mian is said to cause injury to Lekhu Mahto. All the alleged injuries found on their person were simple in nature, except injury no. 1, regarding which opinion have been kept reserved by the Doctor. It is also submitted that both the petitioners are in custody since 24.07.2014 and 05.08.2014 respectively.

No.49479 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Raxaul, District - Motihari connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014.
