JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, as also heard learned counsel, appearing for the informant. Altogether 14 persons, including the petitioners are named in the first information report but no specific allegation of assault has been levelled against these petitioners. Moreover, from perusal of impugned order, I find that only one injury on the head of the deceased was found.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5909 of 2015 (2) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.
