JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.09.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 324, 341, 120B of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The First Information Report reflects that this petitioner and Lakhan Bhuiyan brutally killed Mundrika Prasad Yadav. The case was instituted in the year 1995 but the petitioner was arrested on 01.09.2012.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 83 of 1995, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada. Let the trial be expedited.
