The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.02 of 2014 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of torturing and killing Kumari Punam Rani, the daughter of the informant, Rajesh Kumar, for non fulfillment of dowry demand by the accused persons including the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the deceased, the daughter of the informant, sustained burn injury in course of cooking food. While she was

Later on, information of the death of the deceased was given to the informant and in his presence the dead body of the deceased was disposed of, but, later on, due to ulterior motive the informant has lodged this false case. The petitioner happens to be the motherin-law of the deceased and having similar allegation, the coaccused, Kapildeo Mehta, the father-in-law of the deceased, has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.11.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No.25360 of 2014. The petitioner being lady is in custody since 26.08.2014. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.02 of 2014.
