2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024 dated 31.03.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Act, 1981.

4. As per the prosecution case, verification of selected teachers was started from 03.01.2024. It is further alleged that on 31.03.2024 at Biraul Block at the time of bio-metric verification, the accused, namely, Suresh Kumar Mahto, bearing

No.36267 of 2024(3) dt.03-07-2024 2/3 Adhar No. 697713096830, B.P.S.C., Roll No. 859581, Teacher ID No. BPDAR123150000379, was found unmatched and on query, he confessed his guilt that Ravi Prakash (petitioner) had appeared in place of him in the said examination and both have confessed their guilt before the B.E.O. It is further alleged that the co-accused had already working as a fake teacher in the school.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner is a government teacher and posted as Headmaster at +2 U.H.S. Bijuli, Block-Sadar, Darbhanga. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. He is in custody in this case since 01.04.2024.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
