JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 Admittedly a sum of Rs. 46,819/- has been deducted twice from the petitioner herein and the learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General has fairly submitted that the office of the Accountant General has already written a letter dated 18.04.2018 to the State Government to refund the said amount.

In such view of the matter, the respondent no. 4, i.e. the Director, Agriculture, Bihar, Patna is directed to ensure payment of the aforesaid amount of Rs. 46,819/- to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3221 of 2017(6) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 petitioner within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which he shall not draw his salary. As regards grant of benefits of A.C.P./M.A.C.P., the petitioner may file representation before the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from today, who shall take a decision with regard to the same within a period of four weeks thereafter and in case any benefit is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a period of further four weeks therefrom.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
