This is four attempt on behalf of the petitioner, whose prayer was earlier refused respectively on 07.02.2013, 27.03.2014 and 09.10.2014 in Cr. Misc. Nos. 40557 of 2012, 45131 of 2013 and 36602 of 2014 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 924 of 2012 arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.186 of 2012, pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-V, Begusarai.

As is evident from the order of the Trial Court dated 9th Febraury 2015 matter is pending for examination of the informant and the I.O. There appears no reason for non-examination of at least the informant, who is non else than sister-in-law of the petitioner (brother's wife) except the submission that intentionally she is avoiding appearance just to keep the petitioner confined, who carries no criminal antecedent. If it is so, on the undertaking to be remain physically present on each and every date, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two
