2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 12.04.2022 passed in B.P. No. 396 of 2022, arising out of Sitamarhi Mehsaul P.S. Case No. 22 of 2022 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge XII, Sitamarhi.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
