The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail by the Hon'ble High Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31314 of 2002. The petitioner was represented through lawyer but his bail bond was cancelled on 17.02.2006 and petitioner was arrested on 15.06.2014 and since then he is in jail.

Having considered the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than seven months for misuse of privilege of bail, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4865 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri D.N. Bhagwaj, J.M. Ist Class, Munger in Tarapur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2002.
