The petitioner wants to renew prayer for bail which was rejected twice by this Court by order dated 15.07.2014 passed in Cr Misc. No. 18028 of 2014 and again in Cr. Misc. No. 40205 of 2014 on the ground that the trial has not been concluded within four months and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration to be released on bail, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes.

The order sheet of the learned court below has been annexed from which it reveals that on the prayer of the petitioner the matter was adjourned for hearing on the discharge petition and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14550 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 ultimately by order dated 17.01.2015 the discharge petition has been rejected and against that order the petitioner has filed Cr. Misc. No. 10267 of 2015 before this Court and as such due to non cooperation of the petitioner trial has not been concluded and as such finding no good ground for consideration of bail of the petitioner, again prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with S.T. No. 118 of 2014 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2013 pending in the Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saharsa.
