JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 14.8.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-X, at Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.229 of 2015.
