JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the State as also counsel for the oppoiste party no.2. The petitioner along with his mother is present but, the opposite party no.2 is absent.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 informs this Court that the opposite party no.2 is not ready to live with the petitioner.

In view of the above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
