This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 144 of 2022 registered under section 366(A) of the Indian Penal code and Section 8 POCSO Act Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner along with his family members is said to have kidnapped the informant's daughter from the examination centre to marry her and also the petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34521 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for regular bail is dismissed for the present.
